Almera Tech Services is offering an exceptional opportunity to own and grow a home technology business in the thriving South Jersey market. This established territory already includes strong builder relationships and steady recurring revenue — providing a solid foundation from day one.
We are seeking a franchisee who will focus on leadership, sales, and business growth — not installations. This is a management and revenue-driving role designed for someone who wants ownership without wearing a tool belt.
What You’ll Do
✔ Manage and lead a team of technicians
✔ Build and strengthen local builder and referral partnerships
✔ Drive sales and grow recurring revenue
✔ Oversee operations and customer experience
✔ Expand market presence across the territory
✔ Build long-term equity in your business
